definitely not the only one or last one.
I personally have connections w/ so many old BB-mom CMGs in this forum, and
they are one of the reasons made me stay here to "waste" off my time.
I highly respect them and those young guns who are non-CMG but are
struggling to enter med schools in US/Canada.
I'll let you guys know the new good news once I have.

there are several reasons for this forum to sustain and flourish. one is it
has old participants and new ones, and of course, the old ones contribute
more to this forum. the reason why new ones want to come is to get

for the new guys to come.
As you guys may noticed, there are more than 3000 practicing CMGs in the
States, guess how many of them want to spend time here? you can count with 1
hand. why? because they don't need this place. here, they only give out
directions and nothing to gain, who will be that silly? just help other
people without asking for return?
but there IS one guy who make helping other people to get into residency as
his career goal, and did tremendous amount of work for that. he is Dok,
I don't know about other people, why do I come here? because I am inspired
by his effort and also I meet several friends here, so come by to say hello
once a while. I think the banzhu's here are doing a great job here to keep
this forum functioning. I can see if lao dao is driving away, I guess less
and less old people will come, finally the newcomers will get hurt. I don't
think anybody really cares about the new CMGs than Dok.

那些披着马甲，围攻他的人，那些自我感觉很好，偶尔回来显摆一下的已经执业的医生
们，那些就为了几句斗嘴而结下梁子，三番四次地来掀起大风浪的人，请问你们真的把
老刀弄走以后，你们能做到像他这样默默地收集版上的精华帖子然后整理起来，像他一
样在晚上接电话跟入门的中国同学聊天切磋，像他这样每年一次在自己家里完全没有
second gain的耗费巨大精力四处邀请中国医生来举办老刀会么？如果不能，为什么大
家就不能互相包容一点，维持这可贵的精神呢？
我以前和老刀也有过节，但是我一直很尊重他对后来的CMG的培养，你可以吃不消他说
话的方式，但是这些时间下来，大家都应该明白他是什么样的人了。
本来不想说，我想老刀看到的话是不开心的，但是还是要说。他有一次主动联系我，跟
我说，如果有一天他不在了，希望我继续收集整理版上的精华帖子，把他的心愿继续下

I think you are pointing this to me. I can honestly tell you i don't have
any MaJia. never had and never will. I don't hold personal grudge against
anybody, especially this one. it's not worth my time.
However, i think you are biased by assuming people who are against tyranny
and unjust are against anyone specifically. I can only speak for myself
because i really don't know anyone else that got into similar kind of
argument with him. I have no intention of "打击正在做的人", but that doesn't
mean i won't say "WAIT A MINUTE, THIS IS NO RIGHT" when i see posts like
the one i respond to.
As i have stated long long time ago, CMG's history in this country are short
. Our mission goes far beyond getting into residency. A public forum that
attracts examiners, residents and PRACTICING PHYSICIANS is very important in
exchange information and experience. I just can't help laughing when i see
some guy who happen to got into residency wants to "harmonize" the forum. I
can honestly say the game just starts AFTER you graduate. Please refrain
from your "GOD" like euphoria of getting into the residency,

either. However if there are posts go beyond the limit, we will delete ASAP
no matter who that is from.
If you still feel like we respect dokknife more than those other mentioned I
Ds, sorry, there is real fact there taht he deserves it. Everybody has their
own style of expressing opinions, we can tolerate yours, we also can tolera
te dokknife's.

想当年自己年轻的时候，也是说话很冲，况且俺又是家里的唯一的"大学生"。那种"自
高自大""目空一切"的作风，大家很容易想像的到。直到俺家嫂告诉俺"当年你说我的话
使我很伤心". 我才晃然大物，原来说话用词，语气不当也会伤人心呀！从那以后，俺
就努力克服自身的缺点，学习站在他人的角度去考虑问题，是取得了一些进步，但有时
说话还是"很不中听".
