program right after your ECFMG certificate is issued. You can also update
your profile right away and a new profile will be sent too. My exact
situation. I know it is not ideal and maybe some programs will think I have
no certificate. However, I suggest you apply now. I have no experience
though, apparently. |

I did submit the application. What bothers me is: I have changed my profile
once already. In the beginning, I assumed it would be issued soon. So I put
in August as the issue date. Then I changed it to not issued. Now I have to
update it for another time. |

发帖数: 85 | 9 我当时想填9月，但是想了一下，9月还没到呢，就填了8月。
关于填写本身，有人认为是个灰色地带。理论上讲，没收到paper copy, 不能填。但是
如果你已经看到oasis上的提示，说是两个星期内会寄给你，也可以冒险填一下。只不
过别像我，骑跨8月和9月，弄巧成拙。

almost forgot I had a form 327 there.
About my form 186, it really made me sick. I had our medical school to send
the form 4 times. They rejected the first 3 because of either wrong signature,
title, or wrong seal. They rejected my 4th form 186 and I was told that everything
was wrong on the form. I was so desperate, but a few days later, magically,
they approved my form 186 without any explanation.

Explain it to the program by sending an email saying that, it shows online
that it will sent out in 2 weeks, so I misunderstood that it is issued in
August. However, today I received it and it shows that it is issued on Sept
2nd, etc. They will understand. Nobody really dig it deep. Don't worry.
