ECFMG is only updating mails received on August 18th.
If you mailed out your letter on August 18th via regular USPS, most likely
ecfmg will not receive it until 8/23. Usually it takes more time for ecfmg
to updating mails received on Monday because that also include those
letters arrived at the P.O. box over the weekend. | U*******t

to do later if the letter show up, do I need to assign it later? but i also
heard that if your pakage is not complete, PD won't review your material,

Copy from another post:
If an application is "incomplete" by the program's standard it will stay in
the "pending" folder. The program continuously downloads any new materials
from ERAS PostOffice. Once the application becomes "complete" the program
will review it (assume it's before the program's deadline).
Don't wait and send out your application ASAP.
