If your 1st and 2nd trimester scanning is normal, you have no gestational
diabetes. The possiblility of false negative rate for Down's syndrom is very
low.
Some congenial disorders which cause polyhydramnios, such as neural tube
disorder, can be easily picked up by sono.
Some congenital disorders such as esophageal atresia are hard to diagnozed
by sono.
Now you just follow your OB's plan for Sono and NST weekly. Basically, you

For gestational diabetes, the one hour fasting is 140, so I did three hours
fasting. I past the three hours fasting. I like grapes, water melon, peach
and cherry. There are very sweet. I am wondering if it caused by too much
sweet fruits.
