ACAP will hold annual health fair on 9/19/2010 at Flushing Sheraton Hotel.
In the health fair, we will screening Hep B to the public. In coordinate
this with Mount Sinai, we need some volunteers to do the consent. All
volunteer will need finish a online HIPPA training, around 15 mins each. It
will be a great opportunity for a community service and you also get to know
a lot physician. Please fill out the form and make sure you are available
