Kaplan 5 days course, helps a lot in physical exam, history taking and CIS
3. do you type or write your PN?
I hand wrote the PN, write the HPI with bullet format. Do not need to write capitalized letters but try write as clear as you can. Do not write outside of the box. I got high performance in PN and ICE part.

Timing timing timing! you will be nervous because it's real test. you will
be even more nervous if you find out that you don't have time to do closure.
I finished about 1-2 min early in all cases, missed tons of HPI and PE, so
what? You have to do the closure. If you ask HPI/PMH and do PE like FA does,
you're going to fail. |

timing, encounter like a doctor (show your confidence), not ask pt to repeat
anything even if you did not understand, finally, closing is a must! |

There is no trick or shortcut. Just practice and practice, only if you are
very familiar with the encounters, you won't feel nervous, and you won't
have those blank moments when you don't know what's the next thing to do.
