go talk to the INS officer and tell them your case, they might have solution
for you (of course you have to be very patient and clear in presenting your
problem, don't be pushy to them).

tly, but not mentioned my resident jobs. because I thought it is grey area a
nd hard to explain. Maybe talking to them is the only option I could figure
it out now.
