the onset of progressive confusion and agitation. He has has increased
thirst during this period. One week ago, he was discharged after treatment
of the second exacerbation of schizophrenia. Current med include haloperidol
and benztropine. He appears flushed. T 38C, pulse 100, BP 160/90. Exam: Dry
mucous mem. Pupils are 4 mm and reactive to light. On mental stratus, he is
