my questions are related to business for professional private practice.
As I notice you construct your practice as sole proprietor, my question is
what status a dentist like to choose among sole proprietor and S-corp.
I am a little surprised for sole proprietor as I thought many of dentists
may choose s-corp.
any input would be greatly appreciated.

发帖数: 189 | 4 85% of dental practices in the US are solo (one dentist) practices. Most of
these practices are sole proprietors. Some do incorporate for tax and
liability purposes. It may be easier for a corporation to evade taxes. My
understanding is that the major advantage for corporation is related to
liability. Let's say that your practice is fined by IRS for $1million, if
you have a corporation, your company is liable for that amount, not you
