发帖数: 183 | 1 MD faxed several medication electronically to the pharmacy(us) with simple
math errors. We faxed back to clarify, and there is no response. Patient
got upset, compliant to MD and the MD told pt switch to pharmacy. When I
talked to the MD. I said this is simple math, if you didn't get it wrong
from the very beginning, it should not be an issue. And now you guys told
pt switch pharmacy because of your screw-up.
they called my boss to compliant on me said I told them the MD doesn't know
