发帖数: 148 | 5 I will be happy even I am half way of 头悬梁, 锥刺股好了, but I am too far
from that. I am absolutely not in a good shape in terms of focusing on study
. Just wish don't waste too much time, which I did again today, shame on
myself. So can finish this whole thing early, and start having normal life.
The longer this process takes, the more suffering everyone will have. Don't
you think this exam taking process take too much things away from you?
Any thought?

It took me two years, I am now near finnihing step 2 CK.
It seems CS takes just several weeks, I swear I would invest $3000 go to
kaplan course to make it even shorter.
But I need to work full time.
Where are you now, still step 1? |

An 8month old infant is brought to the ED due to vomitting and decreased
urine output. 3days ago, he had a fever, sore throat and ear pain. he was dx
with otitis media and rx with oral amoxixillin. today his temp is 40C, PR
80/min, RR 40/min and irregular, blood pressure is 100/80, and wh is kg. he
