Some programs require Intern get ACLS BLS certificate before starting
residency, expecially for internal medicine. You can search American Heart
Association website for the places providing these couses at your area.
for BLS certificate , You may find soem courses provided by the community ,
free of charge. e.g. Junior league of Houston give BLS every Monday and Wed
night, for free.
