medscape?上面有很多CME Cat1的考试题，发飙做上3个晚上，150个学分就到手了，容
易得很，还是拿到IV相对难一些

Sorry that i'm a little confused. I heard about 7-year rule in IL (7 years
after graduation from medical school)...

2, and 3 within seven (7) years of passing the first step".
within 7 years of graduation from medical school.

Some CMGs (Dok, Acne, etc.) got positions in Illinois (with temporary
license) and they can give you more information on this. The programs are
more picky there for older graduates. If they give you an interview invites
most likely you can pass the requirement.
