Login to ECFMG’s OASIS and click on the link to ERAS Support Services. From
the ERAS Support Services page, select “Upload Photograph.” Click the “
Browse” button to select the photograph file from your computer, then click
“Upload” to upload the photograph. You are not required to submit a DSF
when you upload a digital photograph through OASIS.
You will receive confirmation of acceptance if the system uploads your
digital photograph successfully.
