，research experience，volunteer experience， 不知是填work 还是volunteer

interviewer is interested in a particular experience, he or she may ask you
for more details during the interview.
For observership, if you didn't get paid, it's a volunteer experience. |

IMGprep的database非常烂，大部分都不准或者没有更新，要用的话可以考虑
matcharesident.com，residencyplace.com或者img-interactive.com，这几个准确率
大概有百分之八九十吧 |

observership under either "volunteer experience" or "work experience". Both
ways are OK. He said that they don't care about the category, as long as
they can understand this is an observership. They value any U.S. clinical
experiences including observership very highly. |

Use a screen capture software and try a few capture sizes. The 300x300
pixels should have 3+ inches on each side, so it's not small. Keep 24 bit
color depth and the file size can be up to 300K. |

If you change the pixel dimension then you resize the image. To avoid
resizing, try to capture several images with different sizes, and find out
which one is close to 300x300 pixels. That's what I did. |

picture, saved it as JPEG in medium quality, and the file is still 120kb. I
just uploaded it and it worked. But now I am worried that this photo may be
too small for people to see considering the 3 inch X 3 inch requirement (
although the resolution is good). I remember that they don't want it to be
larger than 3 inch X 3 inch, but nothing is mentioned for the smaller one.

Anyway, are they going to print out the photo and send it to each program
you select, or just let the programs download the electronic version. If the
latter is true, then I think my photo is OK for the program people to see
me clearly in the computer screen.
