I never been a practice doctor since I graduated, and I graduated 10 years
ago. I spent 3 weeks of study for it after I took step1 (full time postdoc). My husband was my
only practice patient. Watched the CS video, baught FA, practised all the
cases at least once, several cases twice. During these 3 weeks of study,
there were times I was very frustating because I did not know what to ask
during the history and stuck quite often during the encounter, at the e | c*******n

发帖数: 29 | 4 by CS videos, I mean physical exam videos that I download from UW,I also
listened the Kaplan CSA lectures, also downloaded from UW if I remember
correctly.

发帖数: 29 | 6 I did not practise UW cases, there are so many, I only had 3 weeks to study.
I am sure practising UW cases is helpful, but if you have limited
preparation time, FA cases are enough.
