人真的很粗鲁)有摩擦,但总的来说还算是风平浪静.最近刚从NICU轮转完,带我的第三年
的印度人不但不管我是否忙,自己有admission的时候总是想方设法让我去帮他干.并不
是说我偷懒,遇到很勤快的菲律宾PGY2的不用他们说我都去帮忙的.我去和家属谈话的时
候他从来不管,只管自己能否睡觉,轮转中期的私下evluation说不清楚我的
communication能力. 有次大约早上2-3点的时候有3个admissions.他为图快,明明可以
抽静脉血的他抽动脉,快速抽完后他就去睡觉了.我在轮转其间从未和他有任何争执,他
说什么就是什么.但等轮转结束后我给他了很差的evaluation.但我在evaluation中说的
都是真的,没有teaching,对病人缺乏同情心等.虽然是anonymous,但他还是发现了.我现
在在外面医院轮转,他居然气急败坏地打电话来指责我给他如此差的评定.我没和他在电
话中争执,只是说"that is how I felt". 他威胁说要告到chief那儿去.我们这个

and must have someone back us up when needed. It is crucial.
My first resident is a rude, lazy Russian woman. I really have horrible
experience and I even think I may not survive the program. After the first
month rotation, I still give her good evaluation. After a while, my chief
asks me about her. I say she is ok. Then he tells me other residents report
