First order partial derivatives:
f_x(x, y) is strict decreasing in x and y.
f_y(x, y) is strict decreasing in x and y.
It is alread konwn that f(x, y) is not concave in (x,y).
Then what any other condition do I need to get the result of unique
maximizer?
For example, attmpt to get some good structure (strict quasiconcavity,
