不过为了不引起更多的破口大骂，我就不发言了。
数学好。算算陀螺，就可以发Annals。微积分就可以了。普通物理都不需
要。
当然，以本版专业数学家人士的意见来看，这些都是很浅的数学。

to mention other people who do not understand any math at all. far less
sophiscated than even least important mathematicians like morgan.

都是数学PhD, 师兄毕业去postdoc三年, 他同学去finance系又拿了一个PhD 花4年, 师
兄后来去了一个research 很weak的学校, 他同学毕业后去了top 30的finance 系,
research作的刮刮叫, 现在都tenured, 当年二人水平差不多.工资就不说了,差太多了,
好几倍.

Physicists (by which I mean string theorists :) ) are more interested in the
dynamics. Many things physicists are interested in are uninteresting to
mathematicians. For instance, the cusp anomalous dimension of N=4 SYM, which
is extremely interesting to string theorists, would hardly draw any
