请问以下这里的各位,有人有上法庭argue超速罚单的经验么？maryland是怎么样一个程
序？ 我要求了trial是不是就直接trial了？
另外法院寄来的notice我找不到了，记得时间好像是早上八点，但是我查网上的case
info上写着scheduled trial time是下午一点一刻，有人遇到类似情况否？ | T*****u

发帖数: 8454 | 3 good day for me today. the cop did not show up and I ended up with a no-
guilty plea.
there were no plea-bargains before trial. The judge just announced name one
by one and asked how you gonna plea. If the cop was not present she would
say that before ask for your plea. nice judge. if cop is there, it seems no
matter you plea guilty or no-guilty you will have to remain. I was just
dismissed early like other lucky guys whose cops were not there.
