附近治安，房屋条件什么的给点建议。谢谢！
1. Halpine View Apartments
13013 Crookston Ln. Rockville, MD 20851
相对便宜，在NIH北边，开车经过355到NIH十几分钟，但网评好像不是特别好？
2. Rollins Park
1599 E. Jefferson St. Rockville, MD 20852
在上一个的马路对面，房屋条件什么的看起来很好。不知道有什么其他需要注意的？
3. Lake Side Terrace Condo
7505 Democracy Blvd.
在NIH西边，开车过去10分钟之内，Studio，不知道那一片环境怎么样？
从中西部搬过来的同学感慨一下东部消费真高，比我们这儿的房租翻了一倍。。。 | a****f

NIH during normal traffic ( not too heavy or too light), so "十几分钟" is

google-map.
