me where did you get those recommendation letters for the transfer? And what
is the difference between re-application and transfer? My boss has no money to
support me now. He looks nice, but really mean! He could tell me before the

i transfered a lot.
but transfer to our school doesnot need any good reference letter. i guess they
donot even read it. but they 'need' it to finish the process..
no difference between re-application and tranfer, they are the same.
and most efficient way to get offer is to contact the faculties.

simple synthesis of organics and some other industrial projects. and then I
came here doing some simple synthesis of metal nanoparticles. I really 肯干活,
working hard in lab. But no good return from the boss.

(1) organic thin film on silicon surface
(2) surface template control polymer synthesis
(3) new catalysts for his polymer
He needs ppl
(1) know electronics.
(2) how to functionalize surface
(3) metal organic synthesis.
Specially (1), his group has no experts at electronics. all his related
experiments were done in Bell lab.
