Probably need to try hybrid, just like polymer 共混
Also I got a question for you, Do you think if natural polymer and
synthetic polymer 共混 will be extremly difficult in most cases?
1. The MW of natural polymer normally is much larger than synthetic
polymer's
2. natural polymer normally H2O-philic and the latter phobic

我听说有把某些polymer和amino acid共混的.比如polyurethane,硬度和亲/憎水性都是很
容易调节的,也可以做成biodegradable.

don't quite understand your question here.
you mean a particular case or a general one?
natural polymers are not necessarily hydrophilic,
or much higher molecular weight.
PEG, PGA are hydrophilic.
while normal natural rubber (PBD and PIP) is hydrophobic.
there are not many pairs of miscible blends.

Not exactly correct. PLA, PLGA and PLGA are hydrophibic, which makes the
implants or drug delivery devices opsonization in vivo. such shortcoming
results in a lot of work on the synthesis of Poly(ethylene glycol)-pLA
copolymers.

Why are PLA and PLGA hydrophilic?
