Do you know the molecular mechanism of this adsorption? It sounds mysterious
to me though, because I would treat blood as a colloid-polymer solution.
Man-made materials must repel proteins somehow, then there will be a depletion
zone (~ Rg of protein) statically speaking. If the adsorption happens whatever
it takes, there are sth to do with the dynamics of blood?

和exporter来完成,它们识别蛋白质的目标地点是由其特定氨基酸序列决定的。而且细胞

我喜欢瞎想,错了希望大家指正

man-made materials doesn't carry information that identify as own body part -
usually code in DNA. so 凝血体系 judge those are intruders and solidify to
kill those intruders. Am I right?

c*******n 发帖数: 1648 | 6 Forgive my simple mind, I considered things from homopolymer point of view.
You already made excellent points. Proteins are way beyond the homo or block
copolymer level in terms of energetic combinations(of conformations). However,
based on your comments, manupulating surface of man-made materials still can
lead to success unless the signal mechanism proposed by boss is right. The
first thing caught in my mind is to understand how those proteins interact
with vesell surface. Why don't they aggre |

要不弄上一层BIODEGRADABLE的材料,每天溶掉一纳米?
