there is a paper about fabriacte PVA fiber of size
70nm via anodic aluminum oxide template.
{by a chinese guy in Beijing, chinese academy of sciences}
in Angew. chem. int. ed.
maybe you can try the same method,
extrude those poly(二茂铁硅烷)类 polymers
which should be gifted magnetic stuffs
might be better than composites

it is not PVA
I do not know.
I prefer something with Si so it can be dispersed easily.
it is better includ Ni and Fe, since its alloy shows good soft magnetic
properties.
but is it also giving me soft properties when they are ions in polymer is
unknown. this is too much exotic field for me!
indeed i just want buy them.

take for the monomer to fill your 100-200nm channel by capillary force? If you
want a long fiber and count on the capillary force, this may not be a good way
to do it.
