The stabilities are OK but of course they are not as stable as carbon
nanotubes.
It depends on how you are going to use it.

different PH value. What I am looking at right now is Nano Lett. 2, 887-889,
2002. And the sugar nanotube is made by van der waals interaction that may be
weekley bonded. There isn't quite a few organic nanoTUBEs not nanorod or
something.
My interest is to find some nanotubes that has enough hollow space, let us
say, around 15A, but it is an insulator and stable at least at common chemical
environments.

I am pretty sure that there is quite a few organic nanotubes because
I attended a student seminar, and the student presented several
organic nanotubes and how they assemble ...
