河底捞鱼: ur NOT the person who picked up the last Pai, but u won the last Pai
that guy discarded.
in some area, the last Pai does not need be discarded, everyone keep his last
Pai. but in some areas, u can just skip the last Pai,
if u picked up ur last Pai, u must discard it if u did not Hu
hehe

河底捞鱼：因为是河底，不太深。只有捞鱼比较实际，也可以解决温饱问题。呵呵。。
