发帖数: 943 | 7 Been a PhD student for 5 years now and never heard of it. I think this
probably because the Chicago Consulate sucks, they never bother to noti
fy me or anyone that I heard know (maybe the Chinese student association
never notify us at all). Nonetheless, the application material is
interesting.
