我在那边工作过两年多，深有体会，一次翻山到thousand oaks那边交易craigslist上
买卖东西，就翻一座山过去，温度降了三十多华氏度，呵呵，降快四十度都见过的，一
次去那边访友，路过woodland hills一带，车显示外边120度！翻山过去降到了70多！
估计这是最最极端的时候了，呵呵

The temperature: Agoura Hills is lowest, Calabasas (lower than Woodland Hill
). Usually Agoura Hills is about 10 to 20 F lower than Woodland Hill. Why
don't you check the weather.com?
School Districts: (Check greatschool.org site)
Wesklake Village, Agoura Hills and Calabasas are the best! 3 cities'
highschools are the best, 10/10 or 9/10.
Woodland Hill is not a good area. Well, it depends on which area you live.
Close to Calabasas is better. Again, why don't you check greatschool.org
site?
Close to Supermarket or everything:
Woodland Hill is the best. One of my colleagues live there because his wife
needs to take the train. Just because it close to everything, the community
is not good.
House Price:
If you don't have enough money, consider Woodland Hill. Westlake Village,
Calabasas, and Agoura Hills are the most expensive areas. Again, check
family incomes from US government websites. You will find these 3 cities,
family income is around 120,000/year. Woodland Hill should be lower. |
