我从中国来美国做博后，签证9月份将由J1换成H1,老婆在美国拿到硕士学位，在公司工作
，在10月份签证也将由OPT期间的F签证换成H1签证。
以前没有回过国。请问这种情况下我俩在年底回国探亲，再回美国被拒的可能性有多大

发帖数: 5801 | 4 放心好了，一般情况下H1 不会被据的，只要你不怕被check。check有时候要等一两个
月的，不知道现在情况。

发帖数: 775 | 6 It usually use about 3-4 weeks to get check clear, right? We can make the
appointment for the visa at the first day we enter China. These duration is
ok for our company.
