It's always the same around the globe and throughout human history. When a place is full of poor and uneducated residents, crime and threat to personal safety are always an issue. |

我小时候长大的地方也是城市里的穷人区。甭说暴力犯罪，偷窃也没有。
虽然这次凶手还没找到，我们也不能说就凶手一定是老黑。
但我老看来老黑就算会说两句人话的畜生，老莫是那帮当年性饥渴的开荒者跟本地动物
的杂交品种。
