I am looking for a quiet, mature female roommate to share a 2-bedroom, 2-
bathroom apartment from Caltech Housing. The apartment is one block away
from Caltech; with balcony. No pets and no big parties are allowed in this
apartment community. The room is 11'4'' x 9'7'', with a large closet and a
separate washroom (shower only). The rent is $650/mo + utilities. The room
is available now. It is month to month rental but prefer long time rent (> 6
