walk-in closet. Already got all furniture, 52-inch TV and wireless internet
running. You won't have to share bathroom with anyone.
The cost will be $650 plus 1/3 * (Condo fee + electricity + internet + cable
+ water + gas), or $800 in total per month. $800 security deposit. Will
check credit. Would like at least 6 months commitment but negotiable. I'm
currently looking at only renting out one room, and keep the other one empty
because my girlfriend lives in Boston and comes to visit me once a month.
This is a great deal for you because you pay only 1/3 of the utilities yet
