我去的每家boa local branch都很好啊，嘘寒问暖的，尤其华人区的
有次西区的银行存错款我也没看， 第二天马上打电话来道歉， 又寄来email.
网上服务比chase强啊， 电话服务也比chase强啊
迟一天都不给late fee，给了也都给waive

online banking, business account,银行是有很多业务的，银行挣钱也需要靠各种产
品服务费用，或是借贷出去的钱挣钱。你只是仅仅用到了最简单的存钱，取钱。
就连最多人用的贷款也是被骂的不行的。银行很多挣钱的业务产品，business account
里面衍生出的各种服务，他们做的都很差，客服也不专业，这些都是硬碰硬的市场较量
，时间久了就会影响到银行的业务。ATM多是他们的优势，但是如果他们不fix现在有的问题，他
们的优势会被慢慢取代。local方便只是一个方面，但是用到了足够多的银行产品后，这个优势就
有一定限度。我也有WF呀，很少去银行。直接就可以remote deposit,各项转账都online完成了。
一个月去不了几次银行，但是却觉得大大的方便。另外本来只是就事论事的说BOA烂，你非要上升
到和我有个人恩怨，不得不大费唇色给你解释一遍。按你的逻辑BOA是你家开的咩？

我平常也很少在这认真灌水，因为一直跟踪BAC股票，很好奇你作为大客户对它银行系
统评价为“烂”的原因。
我可不是只是用简单的存钱取钱而已也不止它一家，并且因为股票，对它的经营也有些
了解。
它的银行系统可是大肥肉， 现在竟争对手都盯着， 巴不得它的子公司出点问题， 合
并了它的银行系统。
我明白个人用户的感觉都不一样， 但是如果人人说差， 我得考虑我还会不会long他的
股票。
