我的素质仅停留在认为买东西付钱天经地义。还没到买东西交税的境界。

similar state law passed in the past several years. They are cutting all
affiliated entities(promotional sites, online store etc.) in California to
take advantage of the supreme court ruling which is, in my understanding, if
you don't have physical presence in the state, you don't need to charge
state tax for buyers in that state. So far, Amazon states that this new law
is unconstitutional,and they will not charge tax for buyers in California.
In my opinion, amazon will fight to the end, no tax will be charged in the
near future.BUT the but, 我们躲得过初一，躲不过十五啊 |
