Full Moon Yoga Practice
When: Thursday June 16
(Actual Full Moon is Wednesday, June 15, 2011 at 1:14 PM)
What: A lively flow class under the sky ending with quiet meditate.
Location: Malibu Bluff Park
24250 Pacific Coast Highway, Malibu, CA 90265, where Malibu Canyon Road
meets Pacific Coast Hwy
Time: 7:30 to 8:30pm - We start in daylight and practice through the sunset
and moon rise.
RSVP to s********[email protected]
What to bring: I’ve found that a large beach towel or a blanket under the
mat helps to keep your mat clean and dry on the grass surface we will be
practicing on. Dress in layers it could become cool if fog rolls in.
Park in the lot, but note: the park closes at sunset but I’ve been advised
that we should not have any problems if we do not stay later than 10pm.
