the heat from indoor to outdoor.
At heating mode, the heat pump still works the same way, but the temperature
rise between the supply duct to the return duct is mild, usually, in the
range of 10F to 20F. The oil furnace is expensive, the temperature rise can
reach to 30F above, so occupants will get a warm air instantly, compared
with the heat pump.
But, if the temperature of your living area is quite warm( such the coldest
outside temp. around 20F), you should consider the Heat Pump, you have at
least 1/4 saving on your bills. |
