The appraisal report came back with the following requirement:
A licensed electrician to inspect the fuse box in the basement. Make
sure there are no safety or hazard issues and up to code. Any repairs to be
completed. Inspection to include business name, address, phone number and
signature. Please forward all work orders, invoices and paid receipts.
KeyBank to independently verify the existence of the business (if can’t
verify can’t use electrician). Upon receipt of documentation, additional
conditions may apply. |

确在的，的确是差不多大小的，的确是能住人地，就好了。
