city不允许在这个community盖超过3个Bedroom的house，因此将其中一个bedroom修改
成了den，把房间的门去掉了，而且位置从原来靠近一侧的位置move到了中间的位置，
另外closet的门也去掉了，将closet修改成了tech room，联系seller说不可以选
option upgrade去装门，只能close之后自己弄。
我现在的问题是感觉builder这么做不合理，合同上有写:
Seller reserves the right to make any changes or substitutions to the
standard plan specifications, construction, materials and fixtures which are
substantially equal in utility and quality to the original plans and
specifications, and which meet with the approval of the appropriate
government authorities having jurisdiction, as Seller deems necessary or
desirable, without Buyer's consent.
现在将bedroom改成了den，很明显utility不同了，但seller说这是city的要求，他们
必须要改，seller给了2个option，可以接受改变也可以terminate contract，在不想
terminate contract的情况下怎么办？有没有好些建议？ 谢谢 |

发帖数: 2 | 5 一个是房价还在涨，我们是第一期，后面几期的都逐渐涨了5k-20k不等。
二是改成den之后，本质上只是去掉了2个门，closet改tech room，其他没变化。
但是我觉得问题在于，即使我装个门 改成bedroom，以后卖房也只能以3B去卖，即使
有4个bedroom，肯定还是要比4B亏一些。而且我需要自己花钱去upgrade成bedroom。
这种情况是否可以要求seller降价或者给些credit？

可以让建商保持壁橱，这样改卧室相对容易

发帖数: 8211 | 9 一般来说开始造前面有一个期间是可以基本随意改的，很多小builder一直到最后造的
时候都可以随意改。不过你的问题是政府不同意造，所以builder不愿意改，或者说不
敢改。你当然可以自己改，但这就成了违章建筑了，搞不好政府会要你拆掉。
