Based on the interior floor measurements shown as following:
The Front and Right corner was 0.2 inches.
The Front and Left corner was 0.3 inches.
The Middle of the hallway was 0.2 inches.
The Middle and Left at the kitchen was -0.5 inches.
The Back and Right corner at the living room was -1.3 inches.
The Back and Middle at the living room was -1.2 inches.
The Back and Left of the master bedroom was-1.4 inches.
看中一08年的房子，inspection时以前门为参考点，后面主卧有1.4英寸下沉，严重吗
？地基有问题吗？需要修吗？ |

让当地的engineer检查一下吧，如果不贵的话。

这房子的时候买家很可能也纠结，到时候会造成这房子不好卖。卖家主动提再降一万，
问我们买不买，还是不买了。。。
