after working for a few days. The home warranty company sent a contractor to
check, and the technician said the whole heating system need s to be
replaced. They will replace the system, but we need to pay $1300 out of
pocket. Is it normal to pay out of pocket? Is $1300 too much? Thanks! | c*f

发帖数: 977 | 3 Talked to the home warranty company, they said they don't cover the
modifications that are made necessary. These modifications are necessary to
install the new unit, as they cannot use old parts on the new unit.
They just order and cover a $600 furnace, but require me to pay $1375 out of
pocket. So these home warranties do like a scam. Can and how I argue with
them? any suggestion is appreciated.
