类似上面这种co brand card，由citi发行，到时有一种citi发行的costco visa
credit card。
就像现在没有这种co brand credit card的，到时候所有visa都可以用。
只有co brand VISA credit card和non co brand VISA credit card之分，没有citi
VISA 和非citi VISA 之分。

改收任何visa卡
你的costco amex可以在别处用
