1. 漏水。卫生间在二楼，因为下水道周围水泥没有封严实，造成二楼地板跟一楼天花板
大面积漏水，不是滴水，是流水。最后把一楼天花板割开，补上了。但是一楼天花板都
被水浸过了，到处是黄斑。这个这么算？
2. 卫生间淋浴头装好只有1米7。所有瓷砖都上上了。目测需要把淋浴那面墙全部敲了重
来。这个更极品，说我们让他这么装的。

Tell him to get lost and pay him nothing. If he demand payment, you bill

showing what he has done, what's left to be done, and what the rework/
reparation is; and give him an offer to let him go. You will need to hire
someone else to finish it up anyways.
I suggest you to be reasonable and somewhat generous, do not corner a guy
without giving him an exit. Recalling the incident a few years back in CA -
the contractor used a weasel to hack the husband and wife to death in their
home, right in front of their 2 kids; try really hard to avoid extreme
confrontation like that, since all in all it is just some money and lessons
you lose and learn, like everything else in our mundane life. It should not
be life or death on the line, not worth it totally.
