发帖数: 900 | 3 你作为买方必须签字才能remove loan contingency，所以说只要你不签字，seller可
以不卖房子给你了，但不能没收你的押金。

addendum now, this morning we received a letter from the loan officer that
says that " the loan has been conditionally approved. the loan officer/bank
will contact you with additional document requirements/requests". Is this
the commitment letter? What if we sign the loan contingency removal addendum
, and the loan is not approved in the end, will we lose the deposit? |

我的loan officer说我的贷款应该没问题，所以我就remove了loan contingency
你一定要跟loan officer沟通好，你自己的financial和credit score的情况自己最清楚
如果觉得贷款问题不大，可以remove，毕竟seller有权利cancle contract，不把房子
卖给你，退给你押金
