If no bound, call home insurance to assess damage. They will need to open
wall.

. They do preventive treatment and yearly/semi yearly inspection. They will
repair all damage if it happens free of charge to you.
Since you don't know what it is, most likely you don't have it. When did you
buy your house? Did you do termite inspection then? |

inspection included the termite. I really don't know how much will cost for
this whole thing. Does anybody have any idea? |

which I saw termites. Most likely, they have to open the dry wall and
evaluate the damage, may replace some wood. Does this impacts the value of
the house if I sell it later? Or do I have to disclose this later? |

把这colony端了，termite就没有了，好像不是墙内生的。我LG说的，我明天给他们打

头里。
不过白蚁对你们的木头的损害，也需要加以评估啊，万一危及到房子安全呢？

发帖数: 306 | 19 对。我们这也说是subterranean termites。巢在地下。发现白蚁之后也是公司在房子
旁边地下打洞灌药。说把地下的巢消灭了就好了。没有开墙什么的。不过他们suppose
每年都应该有inspection的。treat白蚁也不用花钱，是白蚁公司和HOA之间有协议。
我们州卖房子不需要disclose白蚁。只要treat过就行。楼主自己要看好，如果是多发
州的话不一定要disclose。
