弄完了（Inspection，mortgage commitment, etc），房主希望把closing date挪后到
May 27，他们自己在建新房子，新房子交付晚了。卖家给了几个可能的方案
1. Change closing on current house from April 24 to May 22 (this is probably
least desirable, if even possible with the bank loan, to buyer).
2.Close on April 24 but rent back from buyer thru May 27 (+ -) @ $2500
3. Change closing from April 24 to April 28 (as we can secure a 30-day
rental lease elsewhere, these few extra days in April will give us some
leeway to have our furniture picked up here late in April while allowing for
any date changes on our new home closing.
版上的朋友有类似的经历么？比如像Option 2那样的情况，close了房子又租给原房主。 |

房子打理的还可以的话，就RENT BACK，多数人还是讲道理的
比如俺卖房子的，自己的房子虽然卖了也挺爱护的，习惯了 |

Rent back如果出现万一，你90天之内能把住在你房子里的卖家赶走吗？

应啊。我当时卖房相rentback一个月，买主死活不答应，我还不只有算了。
你可以威胁如果不能按时close你们就不买了。

如果你在那些3天就能evict房客的地区，选2。 |
