but why a lot of houses don't open their purchase prices.
go to zillow, you can find a lot of houses don't have price history.

No, the only option is for title to hide the sale price of a home and not
disclose the transfer tax. The vesting will be public knowledge

I signed this with my agent. but she still opened the price.

37 states now have full disclosure, and six states -- Arkansas, Delaware,
North Carolina, Oklahoma, Rhode Island and Tennessee -- offer only transfer-
tax data. Seven states are nondisclosure: Alaska, Idaho,
Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Texas and Utah. Missouri is parts of that
state, including St. Louis and St. Charles counties,
have passed full-disclosure ordinances.

Then do you have deeds? If you registered your deeds with your town, it is a
public record that everyone can see.
I don't understand why you are trying to hide the purchase price. It is
weird. If I am a buyer, I will try to find out how much was your purchase
price one way or the other.
