(1) how much the toll is;
(2) how much time and gasoline you can save by using the toll-road。

2) the time will be reduced from 30 mintues to 15 minutes.
gasoline saved is about $0.45 single way.

我要是你的话，我就走这个Toll，毕竟每天省出不少时间来，那个是无价的。看来你们
那旮瘩的买路费不算太贵，你查一下你们那儿有没有那种叫 "commuter pass" 还是啥
的，你要是每个月走同一条路，买路费会非常便宜。

1) how long is your commute if not using tollway, say: 60 mins?
2) how long if using tollway: say 30 mins?
3) annual salary: $40k, then every minute you saved will worth about $0.24.
same calculation: if your annual salary is $80k, $0.48 per min.
4) now you have an idea, then considering vehicle cost, brake and potential
safer commute condition. you can make the decision.

我一个月toll way刚算了100-120刀之间。单程2块4.还有要上涨趋势。油价也差不多这
么些。还是买了超级省油的车。
加上保险，车贷。每个月固定支出吧。还是比孩子和房子便宜。
不走TOLL WAY的话，单程多开半个小时。主要是LOCAL，堵车。 |
