my agent told me as long as the lender accepts the old one, should be fine.
I will purchase title insurance, so not sure if I really need the new survey

title insurance 是保护title问题(比如几十年前房主的亲戚 把房子抵押出去了
现在债主来要房子)
survey防止 以后邻居或者政府要动你的地界这样的麻烦
不过 是否可以用以前的survey结果 我也不知 其中利弊了 放google吧
