of the States. We are planning to sell this house. As the school starts in
August, we are thinking if we could ask the agent put down an earlier
available date to make the house sound more appealing to those families with
kids. After all, the house is in a good school district. People usually
move there for schools sake.
Is it ok if we put an earlier date than the lease expiration date on the
flyer?
How do we work with our tenant ? Any input is appreciated. | m**********j
